pet policy

A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required for each approved pet and must be paid prior to move-in or when the pet is added to the lease. In addition, monthly pet rent of $25 applies to the first pet and $15 to the second pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per residence.

FEES & DEPOSITS

Application Fee:

  • $100 – per applicant over the age of 18 must apply
  • $150 – per married couples who apply
  • $100 – per Guarantors who apply


Security Deposit

  • $500 – for all units. There could be requirements for additional deposits on screenings.
